Zero Point Integration is gentle but powerful. It works with your nervous system to release the holding patterns that keep pain locked in place, creating space for your body to soften, recalibrate, and remember how to feel at home again. What happens in a session? Whether we’re meeting online or in person, you’ll be guided into deep stillness while I work with the subtle fields around your body. Using light touch (for locals) or focused energetic techniques (for distance sessions), I help shift the stuck patterns beneath the surface so your system can do what it knows how to do: heal.
