With this appointment, you'll get a quick health and lifestyle assessment, herbal recommendations including dosage and usage instructions, written explanations of recommended herbs and their benefits, and a 15% discount on your first purchase of any herbal products you buy from Bloom Apothecary. This is also a great appointment to discuss plant spirit allies and to talk about plant spirit communication or advice on sitting in ceremony with all manner of plant friends. My personally favorite held medicines for ceremony include but are not limited to: lemon balm, rose, cacao, black cohosh, cannabis, and blue lotus.
