Service Description

A whole-person, whole-plant session for clarity, support, and guidance. Instead of matching herbs to symptoms, we listen for which plants are truly calling to work with you and how they want to help. I draw from lifelong relationships with plant spirits to help you find the remedies and allies that best fit your needs—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. If you want to support yourself with herbs but you're unsure where to start, you have questions about which plants might work for you, or you're worried about contraindications, this is the appointment for you. The longer appointment is a great option if you're looking to discuss plant spirit allies and to talk about plant spirit communication or advice on sitting in ceremony with all manner of plant friends. My personally favorite held medicines for ceremony include but are not limited to: lemon balm, rose, cacao, black cohosh, cannabis, Asian blue lily, and Egyptian blue lotus. I work physically, energetically, and spiritually with plants, so if you are wanting to connect with a plant ally in some way and need support, I'd love to help you.
