If you want to support yourself with herbs but you're unsure where to start, you have questions about which plants might work for you, or you're worried about contraindications, this is the appointment for you. The 30-minute appointment is a great option if you're looking to discuss plant spirit allies and to talk about plant spirit communication or advice on sitting in ceremony with all manner of plant friends. My personally favorite held medicines for ceremony include but are not limited to: lemon balm, rose, cacao, black cohosh, cannabis, Asian blue lily, and Egyptian blue lotus.
