I’m a massive nerd and voracious researcher who sets my fresh pair of enthusiastic eyeballs on your health history. Together, we’ll define your health goals and take accurate stock of where you are now with no judgement. Then I’ll connect those dots, and I’ll give you the most effective steps with the least amount of effort first. Healing snowballs at that point for most people. In fact, some clients feel so much better after the initial steps I give them in their intake that they never even need a wellness appointment and end up skipping right to office hours sessions with me.
