A holistic herbal consult is a chance for us to sit down together and really dig into what's going on. We'll talk about your health history, what you're experiencing, what you've tried, and what you're hoping to see change. I'll help you sort through the information, make sense of the patterns, and figure out where it makes sense to start.
And, of course, we'll talk about herbs!
I've found it to be true that herbs work best when we stop thinking about them as this herb for that symptom. A wise herbalist once said, “Nobody ever got sick from an herb deficiency.” I agree! Medicinal plants are incredibly useful allies, but they're part of a bigger picture.
After our intake session, I'll put together your personalized protocol (written by me, the real herbalist, not a robot!), including my herbal and other recommendations. I tend to focus more attention on what you can add in rather than giving you a giant list of things you're NOT supposed to have or do, and I'll explain the reasoning behind my recommendations so you understand what we're doing and why.

Return your filled out packet to me, and we’ll schedule your initial appointment. $175 Payment is due at the time of booking. You can use this listing, Zelle, or Venmo.
Meet with me for your initial appointment, where we'll go over your history, what you're experiencing, and the initial steps in your plan via Google Meet. I’ll be clarifying and information gathering on things you gave me in your intake packet, and we’ll start formulating your next steps together.
Receive your full personalized written protocol within a few days of our appointment.
Put your plan into practice and check in with questions via text/email as needed.
Follow-ups become available (usually 4-6 weeks out), updating and evolving your plan as needed.
Payment is due at the time of scheduling your intake appointment. Please note: cancellation of a scheduled initial appointment will result in a 50% refund, as I invest significant time and effort into preparing for each session. The other 50% covers my time. Thanks for understanding!
