Preparation instructions:
Pour boiled (not actively boiling) water over a generous Tbsp (or more) to taste. Steep covered for 10-15 minutes. This tea’s flavor really comes out once it’s not piping hot. I like to strain, and let it rest to a comfortably warm temperature before enjoying. That gives you time to set your intentions and speak your affirmations into the cup!
