We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life and how it’s showing up in your body, mind, and spirit. I draw from trauma-informed frameworks like polyvagal theory, inner parts work, and schema therapy, and I integrate that knowledge with my experience as a spiritual practitioner.

These are not psychotherapy sessions, and I do not diagnose or treat any mental health condition. Instead, I support you in the regulation, integration, and restoration of your Spirit and overall vitality.

I have been told many times I have a gift for seeing and encouraging the light and purpose in people. The only thing to do with a gift like that is to keep it alive and offer it, so that’s what I’m doing!

A quick google search will show you that we now have evidence of sound therapy’s ability to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, enhance cognition, and alleviate anxiety. I always explain sound therapy like an energy wash. It’s often people’s first experience with this kind of healing, and it acts as an amazing doorway in that regard. However, it has also proven itself to me as a sustainable tool that remains just as effective over time. I love this session for anyone’s first time working with me or their 50th time working with me!

This is the session I most often recommend first, regardless of why you’re calling me. Zero Point Integration (ZPI) is a gentle, energetic process that resets the nervous system and the energy body at a foundational level, helping every part of you remember how to communicate and self-correct from the bottom up.

This is for you if you are in pain, regardless of flavor.

When you’ve been living with chronic pain, tension, or stress, it touches everything—how you move, breathe, and even how you think. Over time, the nervous system can get stuck in protection mode, prioritizing survival over its natural dynamic, flowing balance. The brain’s hemispheres stop communicating smoothly, and one side of the body tightens while the other compensates. This functional and mechanical lateralization can show up as pain, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, or emotional strain—and it often doesn’t respond fully to traditional treatments because they’re not reaching down to the energetic foundation.

ZPI helps your body release bracing patterns, restore postural symmetry, and open the way for deep healing. Many clients have noticed dramatic reductions in chronic pain—even after a single session—and experience calmer presence, emotional clarity, and restorative sleep with regular sessions.

While ZPI is not a treatment for any disease or condition, it’s an invitation out of the pain loop, supporting lasting change and deeper resilience.

I recommend these sensory-rich sessions for 3 types of people. 1) If you have a persistent emotional, mental, or energetic pattern you’d like to rewire. 2) If you enjoy energy work and want a more spa-like healing experience. 3) If you are curious about working with natural intelligence, plant spirits, or herbs for multi-level healing in general.

These sessions are basically ZPI+. Methods used include structural energy work, needle-less acutherapy, sound therapy, aromatherapy, somatic touch, and sometimes, story, affirmation, meditation, or visualization to help old holding patterns unwind.

I make custom teas, extracts, hydrosols, salves, essences, and more designed to support your body, mind, and spirit, but I also never expect anyone to buy products from me. I’ll happily suggest whatever is best for you, and if I happen to have it on me, great. If not, I’ll tell you exactly where I would go to get it.
